Halle Berry, seen smiling in the above photo was spotted leaving Il Sole restaurant on July 31st.  The serious looking actress seemed eager to exit the restaurant with her model boyfriend Gabriel Aubrey and sped off in her SUV.  Why so serious all the time these days Halle?

She wasn’t there with Aubry unless they left in separate cars–she was with her publicist or lawyer–see other blog sites w/photos (don’t have links). She also had her female bodyguard with her. Check your sources.

She wasn’t there with Gabriel Aubry unless you have proof. Don’t know where he was? If he was at home waiting for him, out with the buddies or back in NYC running his restaurant/doing the modeling thing?
She was there with her lawyer or her publicist discussing business and he was in the car with her not Aubry. The guy has been seen with her at several media related events, my guess is it’s her publicist, if it’s not Neil her lawyer. There are pictures of them all over the Internet from early this week.
